  • BIOIDENTICAL HRT

Progesterone, estrogen & testosterone replacement for the menopausal female.

$ 149 Consult (includes first two visits; the blood draw and then the consult 10 days later with the provider to go over all of the results in detail and plan of care).

    >HRT Memberships: Starting at $99 / Month
    > Menopause Coaching Memberships
    $79 / month

    How it works:

Step #1: You’ll make an early morning appt for a “HRT Blood Draw” on our scheduling website down below (click on that gold button when you scroll down). This visit is with our medical assistant, Amy. Blood work should always be fasting. Nothing to drink after midnight except for flat water (nothing added). If you take any supplements with biotin in them you will need to discontinue these 4-7 days prior to a scheduled blood draw as biotin can skew up to 200 lab results. You can continue to take whatever supplements you normally take immediately after your blood draw. If you work night shift and need evenings hours or weekend hours please text (779) 378-7330 and we will make that happen. Labs can be billed one of two ways: 1). While DRIP does not accept insurance, the lab that we use, HealthLab, associated with Northwestern Medicine, does. So, we do have the option to bill thru your insurance just like any other provider’s office, just bring your drivers license and a copy of your insurance card (we can never guarantee what your insurance will and will not cover unfortunately). 2). Bypass insurance altogether and pay cash / out of pocket for a comprehensive lab panel for only $250.

Step #2: Prior to you leaving, Amy will schedule a follow up with the provider for 10 days out from the blood draw. That’s how long it takes for all of the blood work to come back. You and the provider will sit down and talk, in detail, about the lab results and the plan of care and making sure you are an appropriate and safe candidate for a HRT program vs a menopausal coaching membership.

Step #3: if deemed a safe and appropriate candidate for HRT then your monthly membership would start. Memberships start at $99 / month and prices vary on what hormones you choose to do (progesterone, estrogen, testosterone or all three).

    So your monthly dues cover:
    > The month of hormones
    > 1 vitamin B12 shot per month (in office)
    > all office visits moving forward (vitamin B12 shots, consults with the provider, blood draws - but not the labs themselves)
    > Concierge Care: Having direct access to the providers business texting line for questions, concerns or refills

    Initial Bloodwork needed
(Billed to your insurance or out of pocket $250)
    > CBC > CMP > Cholesterol / Lipid Panel > TSH > Free T4 > Free T3 > Hemoglobin A1C > Fasting Insulin > Vitamin D > Vitamin B12 > CRP > Uric Acid > Ferritin > Iron > Free Testosterone > Total Testosterone > Estradiol > Prolactin > Progesterone > Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)

Ongoing Bloodwork that needs to be checked every 3-6 months:
(Billed to your insurance or cash out of pocket $100)
    > anything that was abnormal with initial draw > CBC > Free Testosterone > Total Testosterone > Estradiol > PSA > SHBG

    How it works:

Step #1: You’ll make an early morning appt for a “TRT Blood Draw” on our scheduling website down below (click on that gold button when you scroll down). This visit is with our medical assistant, Amy. Blood work should always be fasting. Nothing to drink after midnight except for flat water (nothing added). Step #3: if deemed a safe and appropriate candidate for TRT then your monthly membership would start. Memberships start at $199 / month and prices vary on whether you choose to do testosterone cream versus testosterone injections.

    So your monthly dues cover:

  • Thyroid optimization

Treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism (numbers within ‘normal’ ranges according the labs but your levels are on the higher side of normal and you have all the symptoms of an under active thyroid).

Symptoms of an underactive thyroid or hypothyroidism can include, but are not limited to, fatigue, hair loss, decrease in libido, constipation, dry skin, inability to lose weight, weight gain.

Public service announcement: If your TSH is in the 4’s or 5’s and you have some of those symptoms above but everyone tells you it’s not your thyroid because your numbers are “normal” according to the lab…I don’t care what that piece of paper says, that is NOT normal and likely needs to be treated in order for you to feel better. Most certainly, in the very least, deserves a discussion. Especially if you are a young female struggling with your weight. Do not accept what a piece of paper tells you is ‘normal.’

    $99 Consult
Membership: Starting at $50 per month

Step #1: If you need labs drawn start with a “Thyroid lab draw.” You’ll make an early morning appt for that on our scheduling website down below (click on that gold button when you scroll down). Bypass insurance altogether and pay cash / out of pocket for a comprehensive lab panel for only $100.

If you don’t need labs drawn; and you already have updated labs, you just want to review them and determine plan of care then you would schedule a ‘thyroid optimization consult’ with Lindsay and bring a copy of your labs in for her to review in person together.

If a membership is applicable to you:

    So your monthly dues cover:
    > Managing labs and thyroid Rx
    > 1 vitamin B12 shot per month (in office)
    > all office visits moving forward (vitamin B12 shots, consults with the provider, blood draws - but not the labs themselves)
    > Concierge Care: Having direct access to the providers business texting line for questions, concerns or refills.

    * We do not treat HYPERthyroidism or an OVERactive thyroid and / or Graves disease. This is out of the scope of this practice and requires to be followed by an endocrinologist.
